MODERN Instagram follower Charles Azzi (@charlesazzii), a Las Vegas-based hairdresser who works at A Robert Cromeans Salon in Mandalay Bay, created this formula he calls Pink Champagne by using a combination of Paul Mitchell colors and lighteners.

Her existing color was a level 3, four inches from scalp; her mid-shaft to ends contained remnants of boxed color. Here's how he spruced up her color and made her a professional color convert!

Application: Splitting the head into quadrants, I started with a Platinum Card at the nape area using 1 full rounded scoop of DPL (dual purpose lightener) with 1 oz of 10 vol. cream developer. From the high occipital bone, temporal and apex area, I mixed another full rounded scoop of DPL (dual purpose lightener) with 1 oz of 20 vol. cream developer. Then, mixed 1 full rounded scoop of Syncrolift lightener (which contains potato starch, making it a little bit gentler on the scalp) with 1.5 oz of 30 vol. cream developer. Let it process with a plastic cap for 30 minutes after applying. Then, shampoo and condition with Paul Mitchell Forever Blond. Next, the hair was towel dried and split into quadrants. Apply 2 oz of UTP (Ultra Toner Platinum, which eliminates the yellowish tint), along with 1 oz 5VR and 3 oz. of 10 vol. clear developer. Apply it from the roots to ends, letting it process for 20 minutes.
