TWIZZLER MELT HOW-TO:
FORMULA 1: BASE. Pravana ChromaSilk 4.20 10 Volume
FORMULA 2: HAIRPAINTING. Wella Freelights 20 vol with Bond Builder.
FORMULA 3: RED/VIOLET Demi glaze.
Steps:
- Formula 1 applied as a single process.
- Formula 2 is then hand painted to create the melt while Formula 1 is processing.
- After rinsing and one shampoo, Formula 3 is applied for 30 minutes on wet hair. Rinse well with cool water. Bond Builder applied as mask after for ten minutes. Rinse, condition, cut and style.
