Jullie Hammer (@thewearhouse_hammersalon) of At The Wearhouse, Paso Robles, California, says long time client Noel came to the salon wanting to be an solid cool icy blonde. "She had about 1 inch of natural regrowth," says Hammer, "and 1-2 inches of level 4 neutral and then the rest was variations of level 7-9 golden blonde."
Here Hammer shares how this transformation was accomplished:
STEP 1: Apply Le Art De Colour Davines Bleach Paste + Violet Toner + 30 volume Mask Activation Source on base and level 4 hair. Process 45 minutes.
STEP 2: Shampoo and then soap cap at the bowl with A New Colour Bleach + ElsaBondexx Connector + 20 volume A New Colour Activation Source to break up golden tone in blonde ends. Process 10 minutes. "I needed to get a more consist all over solid tonal value."
STEP 3: Shampoo and treat with ElsaBondexx Amplifier for 5 minutes. Dry to 90%, then apply Paul Mitchell UTA (Ultra Ash Toner) + 20 Volume Activation Source all over hair for 45 minutes. Wash, dry and style.
