Here is the formula she shared on Instagram:
- All over color 3-0, 3-68, splash of -99 with 10 volume
- Last ten minutes, I picked up pieces through ends and painted on Blondme Bleach with 20 volume. Rinsed at shampoo bowl and applied 9-98 and 5-88 with 10 volume to the ends.
