ECRU New York has launched their new ECRU Smoothing Blow-Dry Spray, with a combination of features that help create smooth style and keep it that way. Infused with Hydrolyzed Keratin, a protein that 'fills in the gaps' to smooth hair strands, it strengthens hair while also adding flexiblity.
