Redken Certified Colorist Jessica Aubin (@redkenartist_jessicaaubin) took her client from a box red to a beautiful, dimensional copper. This transformation too six hours to achieve and the end result is a ravishing gold and red.

"She started out with two-inch natural level 7 root down into five different levels of box color red," Aubin shared.

Here is her process for this rich redhead:

STEP ONE

Lift all the old color out. Did isolation method on zone 2 with Redken Flashlift 20volume Redken Ph-Bonder.

On zone 3 Flashlift 30vol Redken Ph-Bonder.

STEP TWO

Once lifted to a level 8 on zone 3 & level 9 on zone 2, filled to level 9 with Redken Shade Eq 08c & processing solution left for 20 minutes.  Dry hair.

STEP THREE

Applied  retouch/base color with Redken Chromatics 7c 10vol then went in with skip & slice foils on diaganol with Flashlift 10vol Ph-Bonder.

Applied base Chromatics 7c to left out hair, processed for 35 minutes.

STEP FOUR

Applied Shades Eq gloss 09AA & processing solution Ph-Bonder for 20 minutes on dry hair.

 FINISH:

Finished with Redken #2 Fiber Restorative Pre-Wash Concentrate
