September 25, 2017 | 1:05 PM

Face framing is an easy yet very versatile technique to create a sophisticated play of shades and the most flattering looks. As part of Schwarzkopf Professional’s Age Defying Services, IGORA ROYAL ABSOLUTES & BC EXCELLIUM, this look, using face framing and for covering white hair, is meant for the client who wants to age gracefully.

COLOR 1A: IGORA ROYAL ABSOLUTES SILVERWHITE TONAL REFINER SILVER + 3% IGORA ROYAL OIL DEVELOPER 1:1

COLOR 1B: IGORA ROYAL ABSOLUTES SILVERWHITE TONAL REFINER SILVER + BC TREATMENT + 3% IGORA ROYAL OIL DEVELOPER 1:1:1

STEP 1: Starting at the parting, take the face framing section and clip it (= section B) from the global color area (= section A). The depth of section B depends upon the required final result.

STEP 2: Apply color 1 to the roots of section A & B.*

STEP 3:Work color 2 through the mid-lengths and ends of section A & B.* Leave to process according to the instructions for use.

* Apply IGORA ROYAL SILVERWHITE TONAL REFINERS from roots to tips as with a demi-permanent coloration
