Amy Malarchik has been referred to as the “Transformation Queen." This color conversion is particularly inspiring. Noting that she is the ideal client to get the brightest blonde, Malarchik says she has "a base color that just lifts to the perfect pale yellow where the toner can do everything I want it to." See what happens after some highlights and perfect toning.
“This client found me on Instagram through another stylist friend of hers,” says Montana Schmidt. It had been 9 months since Schmidt last saw this client. “Our original plan was to just bring her blonde back up and to go brighter. As you can see we ended up with something a bit more fun!”
Amy Koepke says her new client came in "hating where her hair was at. It was way warmer and darker than she wanted and there were a couple of different bands throughout. Our goal was to get her in a cooler lighter place with the time we had while maintaining the integrity of her hair." Mission accomplished.
Marina Sellecchia (@colorbymarina) says her client with extremely brassy solid ends was looking for a more dimensional balayage look and less red. Sellecchia knew she had to create dimension and formulate properly to make it look its best and equally important, last.
"I had the pleasure of meeting this client for the first time after she was inspired by a similar look I did on another client," says Ashlie Marmo (@ashytones). "It has been quite a few years that anything had been done to her hair so she was looking for a BIG change."
